What should I bring to a beach class?
Comfortable clothing and water. Many people practice barefoot on the sand, but feel free to bring a mat or towel if that makes you more comfortable.
Can tourists join classes?
Absolutely—drop-ins are welcome at all public classes.
Do you offer indoor or weather backup locations?
Yes. Weather updates are posted to our Facebook page, and classes may shift to park or shaded areas as needed.
