Welcome to Chi by the Sea, where gentle movement meets the natural calm of Amelia Island.
We offer donation-based Qi Gong classes on local beaches on Tuesday an Saturday mornings, an indoor class on Tuesday evenings at Community Yoga + Wellness in downtown Fernandina Beach, plus paid private sessions, specialty series and workshops.
Whether you’re a resident or visiting the island, our practices help you feel more grounded, mobile, and at ease.
What is Qi Gong?
Qi Gong (pronounced chee gong) blends gentle movement, breathwork, and intention to support balance, longevity, stress relief, and overall vitality. It is one of the most accessible and effective healing practices for healthy aging.
